In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education and University of Florida (UF) Health. Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Credit Designation

Physicians / American Medical Association (AMA)
Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education designates this live activity for a maximum of 19.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Participants claiming CME credit from this activity may submit the credit hours to the American Osteopathic Association for Category 2 credit.

Physician Assistants / American Academy of PAs (AAPA)
Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education has been authorized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 19.25 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.

Nurses / American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education designates this live activity for a maximum of 19.25 ANCC contact hours.

American Board of Internal Medicine (MOC)
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 19.25 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

American Board of Pediatrics MOC
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the activity and individual assessment of and feedback to the learner, enables the learner to earn up to 19.25 MOC points in the American Board of Pediatrics’ (ABP) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit learner completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABP MOC credit.

American Board of Medical Specialties MOC
Through the American Board of Medical Specialties (“ABMS”) ongoing commitment to increase access to practice relevant Continuing Certification Activities through the ABMS Continuing Certification Directory, the 7th Annual Advances in Congenital Heart Disease Virtual Summit: New Tracks in the Management of Congenital Heart Disease has met the requirements as a MOC Part II CME Activity (apply toward general CME requirement) for the following ABMS Member Boards:

American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion
Application has been made to the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) for Category I CEUs to perfusionists who attend the meeting. The American Board will allot the following Category I CEUs to those perfusionists who attend the meeting:

  • Thursday, February 16 - 9.9 credit hours
  • Friday, February 17 - 9.0 credit hours
  • Saturday, February 18 - 4.1 credit hours

Participants must sign-in at the registration desk or to the live stream site each day. A certificate of attendance specifying the total number of CEU credit hours earned will be provided to each participant after the course.

Certificate of Participation

A certificate of participation will be provided to other health care professionals for requesting credits in accordance with their professional boards and/or associations.
