In-person course fee includes: continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches Thursday and Friday, Friday night reception, Friday night dinner, access to recordings (post-course, non-CME) and faculty presentations in PDF available online.
Live Stream course fee includes: live stream of general sessions and imaging workshop (sessions streamed in Eastern time via WebEx), access to recordings (post-course, non-CME) and faculty presentations in PDF available online.

*Letter from program director is required to receive the discounted fee. If letter is not received two weeks prior to the activity, the full physician fee will be charged
In-Person Registration and Cancellation
Preregistrations for the in-person event are accepted until 11:59 PM ET Monday, February 13, 2023. After Monday, February 13, contact CME Registration at [email protected] to confirm on-site availability. If on-site registration is available, contactless registration on your own device will be required.
In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund.
A full refund will be issued if canceled by January 20, 2023. After January 20, 2023, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued after February 5, 2023.
Live Stream Registration and Cancellation
Live stream registration is available through Saturday, February 18, 2023.
Instructions for the live stream will be sent by Monday, February 13, 2023. The live stream will be via WebEx.
In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund.
A cancellation fee of $50 will apply for cancellations received before Monday, February 13, 2023. Refunds will not be available after live stream access instructions are sent on February 13.
Health & Safety Information
All applicable Centers for Disease Control (CDC), state, and local safety protocols will be enforced for this event. Additional attendance requirements may be implemented to ensure attendee health and safety.

In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded.
