Live Stream Fee Includes: Live stream access and faculty PowerPoint presentations in PDF format, available online.

*Letter from program director is required to receive the discounted fee. If letter is not received two weeks prior to the activity, the full physician fee will be charged.
Registration and Cancellation
In-person preregistrations are accepted until 2:00 pm ET September 9, 2025. Register on site after this date.
In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund.
A full refund will be issued for “In-Person Registration” if canceled by August 14, 2025. After August 14, 2025, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued after September 4, 2025.
“Live Stream Registration” – Access instructions for the live stream will be sent by September 10, 2025. Please note – all sessions will be held in Eastern Time. This activity will not be recorded. If you register for Live Stream, you will need to view the content in real-time. No refunds will be issued after access instructions have been sent.

Health and Safety
All applicable Centers for Disease Control (CDC), state, and local safety protocols will be enforced for this event. As participants are responsible for their own health choices, the use of masks by all participants at this event is optional.
Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify an activity type at our sole discretion. In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
