The heart team is a multidisciplinary group of cardiovascular specialists who collaborate to evaluate and determine the best treatment plan for a patient's heart condition. The team includes:
Cardiac Anesthesiologists, Cardiac Surgeons, Cath Lab Specialists, Clinical Cardiologists, Echocardiographer or CT Specialists, Interventional Cardiologists, Sonographers, Nurses and Physician Assistants.
Heart Team Discount Eligibility Criteria
- A minimum of three people must register from a single hospital/institution.
- All registrants using the discount must be affiliated with the hospital/institution at the time of Valve Imaging Summit.
How It Works — Submit Your Inquiry
Register 3-4 members of your team and receive 30% off the total registration. Register more than 5 members of your team and receive 40% off your registration. Someone from your heart team must email [email protected] with the hospital/institute information and each attendee’s name and position. If your submission meets the criteria for the heart team discount, a member of our team will reach out to you within 7 business days with instructions on the registration process. Submission of this form does not constitute registration for Valve Imaging Summit. You must apply by January 31, 2026 | 11:59 PM EDT to receive a team discount.
