*Letter from program director is required to receive the discounted fee. If letter is not received two weeks prior to the activity, the full physician fee will be charged.
Registration Discount for the Heart Team
Register 3-4 people from your team and receive a 30% discount on your total registration. Register 5 or more from your team and receive 40% off registration. Someone from your heart team must email [email protected] with the hospital/institute information and each attendee’s name and position. If your submission meets the criteria for the heart team discount (see criteria (link to general info), a member of our team will reach out to you within 3 business days with instructions on the registration process. Submission of this form does not constitute registration for Valve Imaging Summit. You must apply by January 31, 2026 | 11:59 PM EDT to receive a team discount. See full details here.
Registration and Cancellation
Preregistrations are accepted until 2:00 pm ET Wednesday, February 25, 2026. On-site registration is accepted.
In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund. A full refund will be issued if canceled by Friday, January 30, 2026. After Friday, January 30, 2026, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued after Friday, February 20, 2026.

Health and Safety
All applicable Centers for Disease Control (CDC), state, and local safety protocols will be enforced for this event. As participants are responsible for their own health choices, the use of masks by all participants at this event is optional.
Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify an activity type at our sole discretion. In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
