- Recognition as a Diamond Level Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
- 5 days (Monday through Friday) of exhibit space during the course

- Hotel freight and handling charges are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Please note on the registration form if you will need electric so we can place you accordingly in the Foyer. There are no direct charges for electric; however, please plan to bring at least (1) power cord and (1) power strip, or what is most applicable for your set-up. If you need additional “electrical” items from the hotel, charges may apply.

Opportunity to sponsor a 60 minute in-person industry supported program/event during dinner on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at 6:15pm- The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
- The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
- Organizing the program/event
- All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
- The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer. All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by 8.14.26
- Cleveland Clinic will:
- Select and provide buffet meal.
- Provide a link to program/event on the course website and make program flyer available to attendees.
- The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: “This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.”
- Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
