Group Discount Available

Groups of 3 or more from the same office/institution will receive a $100 discount off the full registration fee. Registrants must email [email protected] and provide the names of 3 or more colleagues who will be registering to receive a promotional code for special pricing.

Registration and Cancellation

Preregistrations for the in-person event are accepted until 11:59 PM ET Wednesday, August 26, 2026, or until registration is full.  After Wednesday, August 26, contact CME Registration at [email protected] directly to confirm on-site availability.  If on-site registration is available, contactless registration on your own device will be required.   

In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund.

A full refund will be issued for “In-Person Registration” or “Per Day Registration” if canceled by August 7, 2026. After August 7, 2026, a $350* cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued after August 17, 2026.

*Per Day registrants will only receive a refund between August 8th and August 17th if the total registration fee exceeds $350.

“Live Stream Registration” – Access instructions for the live stream will be sent by August 24, 2026.  Please note – all sessions will be held in Eastern Time.  No refunds will be issued after access instructions have been sent.

In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
