Please note:  When booking online, deselect “Show available only” to ensure that all currently available room nights are displayed. The website will only work for nights booked Nov 7-9. Should a guest want to book pre or post dates, they will need to call the resort directly for rates and availability.

Please note that resort and parking fees are separate and in addition to the guest room rate. Room cancellations must be made no later than three (3) days in advance in order to avoid cancellation charge of one night’s stay and fees. An early departure fee of one night’s stay plus fees will be charged to guests who depart before their originally scheduled departure date at the time of arrival.

American Medical Association (AMA)
Cleveland Clinic Foundation Center for Continuing Education designates this live activity for a maximum of 11.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) Credit

The American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology (ABPN) has reviewed the UCNS Continuous Certification (C-cert) self-assessment activity and has approved the program as a part of a comprehensive self-assessment (SA) program, which is mandated by the American Board of Medical Specialties as a necessary component of maintenance of certification. The number of ABPN SA credits granted will equal the number of CME hours claimed for the activity.

SLP Course Completion:
Successful completion of the course and associated award of ASHA CEUs are contingent upon:

  • Completion and submission of all post-course required forms.
  • 100% attendance for In-Person Course.
  • Completion of the course Post-Test, self-assessment, skill demonstration, explanation of intent-to-change, and more. This assessment will be required of all.
  • All participants who successfully complete this course will receive a Certificate of Completion via email.
  • If you would like your participation reported to ASHA, you must include that information upon registering for the course.

No partial ASHA CEUs will be awarded. Full participation in the entire course is required. If you need to leave the course early, you agree to forfeit the ASHA CEUs and will not receive a Certificate of Completion.
